SEXUAL PREDATORS/OFFENDERS & CAREER OFFENDERS
Any person who has been legally classified as a Sexual Predator or Sexual Offender must report in person at least twice a year (during the month of his/her birth month and in the 6th month thereafter) to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office headquarters located at 6010 Cattleridge Blvd. Failure to comply with this requirement is a 3rd-degree felony. The hours for the Sexual Offender and Predator registrations are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Any person who has been legally classified as a Career Offender must report in person to the Sheriff’s Office Headquarters located at 6010 Cattleridge Blvd. Failure to comply with this requirement is a 3rd-degree felony. The hours for the Career Offender registrations are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

CRIMINAL/FELONY REGISTRATIONS
Due to statutory requirements, Criminal/Felony registrations take place at the Sarasota County Correctional Facility located at 2020 Main Street.
