Noel Lopez-Cisneros
On April 23, 2026, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office arrested Noel Lopez-Cisneros, DOB 12/05/85, in connection with a sexual battery investigation involving a child. Lopez-Cisneros is known to the victim and is accused of sexually abusing the victim multiple times between September 2020 and April 2026.
Based on forensic interviews, witness statements, and recorded admissions, detectives established probable cause for multiple felony charges including five counts of Sexual Battery on a victim under 12 years of age, and seven counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation. This investigation remains ongoing.
Lopez-Cisneros remains in the Sarasota County Correctional Facility on no bond.
