The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public that Christopher John Kilduff, DOB 04/26/1981, has registered as a sexual offender living in Sarasota.

 

Kilduff was charged in 2010 in Sarasota County with two counts of Lewd or Lascivious Battery and one count of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Child Under 16. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison followed by eight years of probation. Kilduff was just released from prison and reports his address is 858 Molly Circle in Sarasota. He is currently under the supervision of the Department of Corrections and is not allowed to live within 1,000 feet of a school, childcare facility, park or playground.

 

This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, mobile app, agency Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts to publicly notify citizens of sex offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county or following a release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offenders and predator registrations.
